Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times generally range from 1–3 business days, depending on destination, carrier availability, weather conditions, and other factors outside our control.

While we strive to deliver every order on time, estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Refrigerant Sales & Compliance

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible products that remain unused, unopened, and in their original condition.

Products that have been opened, installed, used, modified, or damaged after delivery may not qualify for a refund or exchange.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after inspection and approval of the returned product.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide your order number along with photographs showing the product and packaging.
